Little Dreamers Yoga

(4yrs to 6yrs)

In this playful yoga class designed especially for preschoages 4-6, children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and help them understand how to identify and manage their feelings. Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class.  Each class ends with a period of relaxation. 

The Wise Willow Warriors

(7yrs to 12yrs)

Willow trees represent balance, learning, growth, and harmony. This is exactly what this yoga class for kids ages 7-12 offers.  

In this playful yoga class , children will learn yoga poses, breathing, and relaxation exercises which cultivate a calm mind, increase strength and flexibility, improve gross and fine motor skills, improve concentration, and give children the tools to manage stress in their daily lives.  Games, stories, and music will be incorporated into this fun, non-competitive class.  Each class ends with a period of relaxation

Teen Mindfulness Group

(13 yrs – 18yrs)

Teen yoga classes empower our youth to be agents of peace and positive change in their own lives and in the world. These yoga classes help teens build confidence, strength, patience and compassion, while affirming their value, worth, and awesomeness. Teen classes also foster a supportive community among peers.
